Reverting to Windows 7/64 and installing CS5 Master Suite and associated updates, Premiere Pro once again runs without issue. As well, if I had tried to open an existing project and it had crashed during closing, Premiere Pro would try to backup that project and crash/hang and basically Premiere would run properly including mercury playback. It would also crash on closing the application. On a fresh install though Premiere Pro would crash on trying to load an existing project. Remember that PP worked fine on the OS upgrade. Due to this success, I purchased a new workstation and coming with W7/64, decided to update it right away to W10/64 and then install Master Suite CS5.Īll went well until I opened Premiere Pro. All applications were loaded andįunctioning for a few years prior to the OS upgrades. CS5 Master Suite applications have all worked as expected, including Premiere Pro, after the OS upgrade. I have been testing Adobe CS 5 Master Suite for a few months now on Windows 10/64 on upgraded Windows 7 Workstations.
